Chandigarh, September 24 – Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala has said that the headquarters of Haryana Labour Welfare Board will be established in Jind district and for this, the officers have been instructed to look for land nearby areas of Jind city. This area will develop significantly with the establishment of the headquarters of the Labour Welfare Board.
The Deputy Chief Minister was interacting with mediapersons in Jind today. In response to a question, he said that the Leaders of Opposition are trying to mislead the farmers on three new Agricultural Bills, however, the fact is that the crops of the farmers will be purchased at Minimum Support Price (MSP) and these Bills will not have any adverse effect on the mandi system. He said that even during the Corona pandemic, the state government had purchased the crops of the farmers in a systematic manner and deposited money directly into the farmers’ account and the farmers were also satisfied with this system. He again reiterated that every single grain of farmers’ crops would be purchased at MSP. The government has raised the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of Rabi crops to the extent that the said Bills will not affect the MSP in any way.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Dushyant Chautala inaugurated the Sub-Tehsil Complex at a cost of Rs. 7.18 (Rs 7,18,61,000) crore at village Kheri Jalab in Hisar District. Minister of State for Archaeology & Museums and Labour & Employment, Mr. Anoop Dhanak was also present on the occasion. The Deputy Chief Minister also heard the problems of the people of the area and gave instructions to the officers to resolve them.
Mr. Dushyant Chautala said that this sub-tehsil complex will benefit the people of the surrounding 18 villages directly.
