Chandigarh, August 9- Contractors under Irrigation and Water Resources Department of Haryana can register their grievances and get their doubts cleared through ‘Haryana Engineering Works Portal’.
Giving information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that a meeting of the Department was held under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources, Sh. Devender Singh. ‘Haryana Engineering Works Portal’ was launched during the meeting. Contractors engaged with the Department were also present on this occasion.
While giving detailed information about the benefits of ‘Haryana Engineering Works Portal’ Engineer-in-Chief, Sh. Rakesh Chauhan and Chief Engineer, Sh. S.S Kadian said that now the contractors will be exempted from earnest money and common ID will be generated by which contractor can participate in any Department of Haryana.
On this occasion, the contractors expressed their gratitude to the State Government and said that ‘Haryana Engineering Works Portal’ will bring transparency in the functioning.
