CM Shri Chouhan to give scholarship worth Rs. 21 crore to Ladli Laxmis

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will give Rs 21 crore scholarship to 75 thousand 961 girls under Ladli Laxmi Yojna in Pandhana of Khandwa district and maternity assistance amount of Rs 5 crore to 25 thousand pregnant and lactating mothers under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana on 21st September during Jan-Kalyan and Suraj Abhiyan. In this state level programme, he will also dedicate newly constructed buildings of 103 Anganwadi centres in 32 districts and 10 thousand poshan vatikas (nutrition gardens) in 52 districts. Along with this, nutrition rights information sheets will also be given to the mothers of 10 thousand children who have come under normal nutrition category from severely malnourished in 22 districts. In the programme, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will also interact with the beneficiaries. The programme will be telecast live on Doordarshan and various social media platforms.
