Haryana Health Minister, Ms. Arti Singh Rao said that the state government is continuously working to provide quick and transparent solutions to issues faced by the general public. As part of this effort, she reviewed the Kshatipurti Portal, issues related to compensation for damages caused by waterlogging, and other public grievances here today.
The Health Minister directed officers to ensure timely resolution of all complaints and emphasised that no negligence will be tolerated at any level. She said that appropriate compensation must be provided quickly to those affected by natural calamities such as waterlogging, so that no family faces financial hardship. The welfare of farmers is the government’s top priority, and no farmer will be left alone in times of crisis, she added.
Ms. Arti Singh Rao further said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the state government has advanced the spirit of “e-Governance” and Digital India by developing systems like the e-Kshatipurti portal, through which citizens can directly bring their issues to the government and receive transparent solutions.
