New Ultrasound Machines Delivered to Hospitals in 6 Districts; Diagnostic Services to Begin Soon

Haryana Health Minister Arti Singh Rao has stated that the State Government is continuously working to provide better healthcare services to the public. In this direction, efforts are being made to ensure that there is no shortage of medical equipment and machines in any government hospital or healthcare institution in the state.
The Health Minister informed that new equipment and advanced machines are being purchased as per requirement and supplied to institutions from time to time. Recently, new ultrasound machines have been sent to government hospitals in six districts — Panchkula, Narnaul, Panipat, Rewari, Sonipat, and Gurugram. Diagnostic services will soon begin for patients once the installation of these machines is completed.
She said that through Haryana Medical Services Corporation Limited (HMSCL), rates for the procurement of several essential medicines, medical equipment, and machines were recently finalized. Under this, the supply of equipment has now started to various healthcare institutions across the state.
Arti Singh Rao further said the aim of the government is to provide every citizen of the state with quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare services. For this, necessary resources are being strengthened at all levels of the Health Department. She added that the introduction of advanced machines will make diagnostic processes more accurate and faster, ensuring timely treatment for patients.
The Health Minister also mentioned that the State Government is continuously working to strengthen health infrastructure and that new machines will soon be sent to hospitals in other districts as well, so that citizens in both rural and urban areas receive equal medical facilities.
