Anil Vij’s reaction on annual fee on H-1B visa

Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Sh. Anil Vij today responded to U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed imposition of a USD 100,000 annual fee on H-1B visas, assuring that Indian citizens will remain secure under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that “Whatever steps any country may take, the umbrella of Prime Minister Narendra Modi covers all citizens of India. Under this protective leadership, no one will be left vulnerable,” Shri Vij said while addressing media representatives today.

He further added, “Prime Minister Modi has consistently enhanced the dignity and global standing of Indians. With his vision and leadership, Indian citizens will not face adverse consequences from such decisions abroad.”

Responding to Indian Overseas Congress President Sam Pitroda’s recent comment that he feels at home in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal, Sh.Vij launched a strong criticism of the Congress Party and said that “Pakistan is the offspring of Congress, which is why Congress leaders repeatedly display affection for it. From the beginning to the end of India’s freedom struggle, there was never an agenda to create two nations. Yet Congress divided the country on religious grounds, displacing millions, causing countless deaths, and giving birth to Pakistan. Congress party responsible for such division has no moral authority to call itself secular, he said.”

Sh.Vij said that the expressions of sympathy for Pakistan continue to surface from Congress leaders.
