- Sip hot water throughout the day. Experts advice avoiding consuming greasy, fried, rancid, and street food in favour of lighter home-cooked meals. Additionally, she advises performing the breathing exercises Bhastrika, Anuloma Viloma, and Bhramri Pranayama twice daily in the morning and at night.
Consider drinking turmeric milk or milk that has been spiced up with a dash of black pepper and honey to help avoid colds and coughs. Tea made from tulsi or ginger might help with runny noses.
