Big relief to colonizers, will be able to work in the entire state on single registration

The urban administration has given a big relief to the colonizers. Now colonizers will be able to do construction work in the entire state on a single registration. Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh on Tuesday launched the online portal for registration. Colonizers will now get relief from registering in different urban bodies. With the entire process becoming online, certificates will be issued within a time limit of 30 days.

Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh said that the online registration process would be simple and will accelerate development of the state. We have also made provisions for regularization of illegal colonies through Madhya Pradesh Municipality Colony Development Rules 2021. This process of improvement will continue. Principal Secretary Shri Manish Singh, Commissioner Urban Administration and Development Shri Nikunj Srivastava, Additional Commissioner Shri Gajendra Singh, Superintending Engineer Shri Rajiv Goswami, Deputy Director MP State Electronics Development Corporation Shri Vinay Pandey etc. were present.

All work will be done on portal

The facility of application will be available on e-nagar palika portal, MP Urban website and e-service portal. This includes online payment of registration fee, tracking application status, uploading of online documents, online approval process, digitally signed certificates, intimation to the applicant through SMS and WhatsApp, facility to issue certificates through WhatsApp and there will be facility of various reports for monitoring purpose for Directorate. The new integrated registration of colonizers will now be done online at the Directorate level, which will be valid for all municipal bodies.
