Chief Minister inspected preparations for the October 3 programmes

Nayab Singh Saini issued necessary directions to officials

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini today visited the venues in Rohtak to review the preparations for the two programmes of Union Home and Cooperation Minister, Sh. Amit Shah, scheduled for October 3. The Chief Minister gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials to ensure smooth conduct of the events.

On October 3, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Sh. Amit Shah will inaugurate the new Sabar Dairy Plant at Rohtak IMT and distribute tool kits to artisans during the Khadi Artisan Festival at Maharshi Dayanand University, being organized under the Swadeshi to Self-Reliance initiative of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission.

The Chief Minister, accompanied by State Cooperation Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, OSD to CM Virendra Badkhalsa, BJP District President Ranbir Dhaka, Mayor Ram Avtar Valmiki, and senior district officials, inspected the venues and reviewed the arrangements on the spot. He directed that all preparations for both programmes be completed in time and that foolproof security arrangements be ensured. Sabar Dairy Managing Director Sh. Subhash Chandra Patel and senior officers of the district administration were also present.

Chief Minister reviewed preparations in meeting

Earlier, at the Circuit House in Rohtak, the Chief Minister held a detailed review meeting regarding the October 3 programmes. He took comprehensive information about the arrangements and directed that preparations be carried out strictly in accordance with government protocols. He also reviewed security, seating, traffic, and other logistical arrangements at both venues.
