Chief Minister Shri Chouhan reviews instructions of the earlier meetings

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that all officers should work with team spirit for the development of the state. Every officer should be aware of government works. The officers of all departments should work in coordination. They must understand the work of each other’s departments and if there is a discrepancy, efforts must be made to remove it immediately. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was reviewing the compliance of the instructions given in the earlier departmental meeting at Mantralaya today. Ministers, Chief Secretaries, all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries were present in the meeting.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the action on the instructions given to the departments will be reviewed regularly. Problems must be resolved promptly. Efforts must be made to obtain maximum amount for the schemes from the Government of India. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that arrangements should be made to honor those who do good work in various fields. May the good of the society come in front of everyone.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that water usage charges for irrigation projects would be fixed at Rs 500 per acre. Officials should visit regularly, it will be reviewed regularly. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all divisional ITIs should be started from July. Rural engineer cadre should be prepared in coordination with the Technical Education department. Work should be done to ensure tapwater supply in every household. Quality must be ensured in construction works. MLAs should also monitor the works of tap-water schemes in their areas.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that senior officers should conduct field inspections of irrigation projects. There should be no delay in completion of irrigation projects. Complete the work of Ken-Betwa link project on priority.
