Out of 16 complaints, 9 resolved on the spot; investigation directed for remaining cases

Haryana Women and Child Development Irrigation and Water Resources Minister, Smt. Shruti Choudhry said that there should be no unfair interference in the working of governance and administration. She said that people should not have to struggle for their rights.Instead, the system should be strong enough to ensure that every issue is resolved in a timely and fair manner.
Smt. Shruti Choudhry was speaking at the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee meeting held in Fatehabad on Thursday.
She said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana government is committed to solving people’s problems on priority. She directed officers to treat every complaint with seriousness and ensure complete transparency while resolving it.
A total of 16 public grievances were presented during the meeting, out of which 9 were resolved on the spot. For the remaining 7, the Minister directed detailed departmental inquiries. She made it clear to the officers that all pending investigations must be completed within set timelines, and the concerned complainants should be kept informed.
During the meeting, Smt. Shruti Choudhry also encouraged officers to stay in regular contact with the public, visit their areas frequently, and understand their problems first-hand. She said that strict action will be taken against any officer who ignores public issues.
Some of the matters discussed during the meeting included a land dispute in Bharat Nagar, a fraud case related to Divyang pension in Bharpur village of Fatehabad, irregularities in NOC for a Scorpio vehicle in Kirdhan village, missing MB records in Tohana Municipal Council, delay in the arrest of the prime accused in a murder case in Model Town and other.The Minister directed the concerned officers to act quickly, fairly, and effectively on each of these cases.
Deputy Commissioner, Ms. Mandeep Kaur, Superintendent of Police, Sh. Siddhant Jain, ADC, Sh. Anurag Dhalia and others also remained present.
