Anil Vij’s health making steady progress day by day
Chandigarh, December 24: Haryana Home and Health Minister, Anil Vij, who is undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at Medanta-The Medicity was shifted from the ICU to room in COVID Ward yesterday. He has been making steady progress and doctors are quite satisfied with the improvement in his overall condition.
In a medical bulletin issued by the hospital today, Dr. A.K. Dubey, Medical Superintendent, Medanta-The Medicity said that Chest and Limb Physiotherapy of the Minister has been started. His oral intake is good and he carried out his daily routine activities by himself.
Dr. A.K. Dubey informed that today, Dr. R.R Kasliwal, Chairman – Division of Clinical and Preventive Cardiology, also evaluated Vij and was satisfied with his cardiovascular condition. Blood tests have shown improvement and the treating team advised continuation of his treatment as before.
