Haryana’s Energy, Transport, and Labour Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said today that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will emerge victorious in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections because the party stands for positive politics. Vij said that apart from just a handful of states, the BJP has already established its presence across the nation.
Responding to media questions, Vij criticized RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav, remarking that governance in Bihar cannot be dictated by RJD. “What you (Lalu Prasad Yadav) know best is how to misuse resources, exploit land for jobs, and carry out scams like the IRCTC scandal. These are lessons neither we nor the people of Bihar wish to learn,” he said.
Vij emphasized that the people of Bihar are prepared to hold Congress and RJD accountable, particularly for allowing derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother from their platforms.
On Arvind Kejriwal, Vij commented, “It seems ever since Sh. Kejriwal lost his chief ministerial position, his routine has reversed—he sleeps during the day and stays awake at night. Had he been attentive during the day, he would have known that Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is actively visiting flood-affected areas in Punjab and ensuring all possible assistance reaches the state.”
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to inclusive development, Vij said that “Wherever NDRF teams are needed, they have been deployed. Wherever SDRF is required, it has been sent. If the Army’s assistance is necessary, it has also been mobilized or kept on standby. Our government does not discriminate because our motto is ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ (Together with all, Development for all).”
