Market Checking drive held in Anantnag

An extensive market checking drive was conducted by Chief Inspector Anantnag along with enforcement squad Anantnag and TSO Mattan.The team checked Restaurants, Vegetable shops, Fruit shops, Mutton shops, Sweet shops, Bakery shops, Milk shops and Kiryana shops.

During the market checking, an amount of Rs 4500 was realized as fine from erring shopkeepers and expired items were destroyed onspot.

Chief Inspector Anantnag issued strict instructions to the shopkeepers to display rate lists and other documents in their shops.
