Ayush Khatkar of CYSS became the President of Panjab University

Aam Aadmi Party’s student wing ‘Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti’ (CYSS) has won a landslide victory in the Panjab University Students’ Union elections on Tuesday. Ayush Khatkar of CYSS became the new student president of Panjab University.
CYSS participated in the student election for the first time and registered such a thumping victory in the very first time itself. Cabinet Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer is in-charge of the student union elections.
AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal congratulated Aayush Khatkar by tweeting and wrote, AAP’s student organization CYSS has got a resounding victory in the Panjab University elections. Many congratulations to Aayush Khatkar on becoming the President! Today youth across the country is looking towards AAP with great expectation, joining in large numbers. AAP is a party of youth. Only youth will take over the reins of the country in future.”
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann congratulated Ayush Katkar on the victory of CYSS and tweeted, “Youth can change the destiny of the country if they want. Today the students of Panjab University have proved it. In the Aam Aadmi Party’s CYSS student union elections. A splendid win has further strengthened Bhagat Singh’s vision.Congratulations to Aayush Khatkar and the entire team!
Cabinet Minister Hayer also congratulated and said, “The massive victory of AAP’s student wing CYSS in Panjab University Student Union election is the victory of our national convener Arvind Kejriwal and the policies of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. BJP’s communal propaganda and Operation Lotus has been rejected by the youths.”
