– Said, Modi should learn a lesson, give up his stubbornness and withdraw black farm laws
Chandigarh, November 3 2021
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab has termed the crushing defeat of the BJP and its political allies in the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha by-elections in various states as a ‘trailer’ for the forthcoming general elections; which the people of the country have given in the form of ‘fatwa’ against the dictatorial attitude of the BJP.

In a statement issued from the party headquarters here on Wednesday, AAP MLA and Kisan Wing state president Kultar Singh Sandhwan said that if the Modi government will not give up its stubborn stance; then it should be ready to face resentment on a large scale from the people in the next elections. Sandhwan also appealed to the Modi government to give up its obstinacy and repeal the three black farm laws.
Sandhwan said that the Modi government was being shown the mirror by the people of the country and it should leave its dictatorial attitude; because India is a democratic country. There is a price to be paid for ignoring, which they have paid in these by-elections, he added. Sandhwan said that Modi should learn a lesson, give up his stubbornness and withdraw the black farm laws.
He said that no law should be imposed on the people without their consent. “The Modi government which is intoxicated with power has forgotten that it is leading a democratic system. Modi is busy running the country like Hitler and its attitude is anti-constitution, anti-people and anti-national,” said Sandhwan. The AAP leader further said that the central government should leave the policy of robbing the rights of the states and the federal structure of the country; as it had imposed dictatorial decisions like demonetization, inflation and GST.
This thing will not only be in the favor of the country but the ruling party, but the Modi-led central government does not want to understand all this and this is the reason that the people have given its first ‘fatwa’ against it, said Sandhwan. He said that the people are supreme in a democracy and the result of by-elections is a mandate against BJP’s dictatorship. He again stressed upon the central government to repeal anti-farmer and anti-agriculture laws.
