Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHS-K) in collaboration with District Administration Kulgam held a day long training programme for law enforcers of the district. The programme was held to sensitise these law enforcers about hazards of tobacco and implementation of COTPA-2003. On the occasion, the participants were informed about the implementation of NTCP and COTPA-2003. State Coordinator Tobacco gave a brief of tobacco consumption and risk factors linked with it. Among others, Nodal Officer NTCP, DHSK and State Consultant NTCP were present on the occasion.
