Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Singh Gave Instructions

Take action to legalize unauthorised colonies in time frame. In this regard, Madhya Pradesh Nagarpalika (Colony Development) Rules-2021 have been issued. Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh has given these instructions to the concerned officers. He has said that this will benefit about 6 thousand citizens living in unauthorized colonies.
Shri Singh has said that before making the rules, a detailed discussion was held with the representatives of all the concerned parties and public representatives. Objections and suggestions were taken from citizens regarding the draft. After this the final Nagarpalika (Colony Development) Rules-2021 were published.
