Police and Naib Tehsildars will undergo a seven-week joint foundation training

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Indian society is a self-regulated and cultured society. The officers selected for the state service should move forward in the discharge of their duties, using the powers granted to them with sacred service and a refined mind. While wishing the trainee officers for their bright future, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the officers should meet the hopes and expectations of all through their skills and efficiency. This wish is what is desired. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inaugural session of the 118th Joint Foundation Training Program for State Civil Service Officers at the Administrative Academy. He lit the lamp to inaugurate the program. The Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by the Director-General of the Administrative Academy, Mr. Sachin Sinha, who presented him with a bouquet of flowers. The Academy Sankalp song was presented at the inauguration of the training. A group photo of the Chief Minister Dr. Yadav with the trainee officers was also taken.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told the trainees to effectively complete their administrative responsibilities and tasks by self-reflecting on the knowledge gained from their education and training from nursery class onwards. He said that education builds a person, and training builds a personality. Our textbooks are a treasure of immense knowledge, but to fulfill duties, one has to find their own path with the help of this knowledge. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav encouraged them to keep in mind family values while discharging their duties, maintain polite behavior and communication skills with the general public, and think outside the box to innovate for societal welfare. With great responsibility comes the challenge of fulfilling the expectations of family members and friends. He said that your behavior should be such that you can meet the hopes and expectations of as many people as possible.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, the state government is working with commitment towards the direction of development and public welfare through the “Mission Karmayogi.” The selected officers have been given the opportunity to serve the public through their hard work and God’s grace. He expects that after the training, the officers will accept the challenges on the ground and, with self-confidence and a positive mindset, fulfill their duties with good governance and quality public services in a responsible, accountable, transparent, clean, and sensitive manner.

The inaugural session was also addressed by the Additional Chief Secretary of General Administration, Mr. Sanjay Dubey, Director-General of the Administrative Academy, Mr. Sachin Sinha, and Additional Director-General of Police, Mr. Raja Babu Singh. The Director of the Administrative Academy, Mr. Mujiburrahman Khan, expressed gratitude.
