Two Notorious Female Naxalites Killed in an Encounter with Hawk Force in Mandla District
CM Dr. Yadav Congratulates Police Personnel on the Success of Anti-Naxal Operation
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that the state police force is actively carrying out operations to free Madhya Pradesh from Naxal activities. He mentioned that in a fierce encounter in Mandla district, the Hawk Force personnel neutralized two female Naxalites, each carrying a bounty of ₹14 lakh. The deceased Naxalites have been identified as Pratima and Mamta. A large cache of weapons and ammunition was also seized from them.
In a message to the media on Wednesday, CM Dr. Yadav commended the police personnel for their efforts in eliminating Naxalism and boosting their morale.
Reiterating the state government’s zero-tolerance policy against violent activities, Dr. Yadav emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the guidance of Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, Madhya Pradesh is actively pursuing the complete eradication of Naxalism. He declared that there is no place for Naxalites on the sacred land of Madhya Pradesh and that this operation would continue relentlessly. He also revealed that in the past year, more than 10 Naxalites have been eliminated in the state.
CM Dr. Yadav also referred to another significant incident in Madhya Pradesh, where a wanted terrorist named Firoz was arrested by the Special Police Force in the Ratlam district. He asserted that the Madhya Pradesh Police is taking stringent action against individuals involved in anti-national activities.
