Haryana Government continuously working to strengthen health infrastructure: Arti Singh Rao

New health centres to be opened in Khori Kalan and Khatodra

Haryana Health Minister, Ms. Arti Singh Rao said that the State Government is continuously working to strengthen health services in rural and remote areas of the state. In this direction, the Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini has given in-principle approval to open two new health centres in the village of Khori Kalan in Nuh district and the village of Khatodra in Mahendragarh district.

The Health Minister said that a Sub Health Centre will be established in the village of Khori Kalan, while a Primary Health Centre (PHC) will be set up in the village of Khatodra. With the opening of these health centres, thousands of people from nearby villages will access better, more timely healthcare.

She said that the State Government aims to provide quality health services near the homes of every citizen so that people do not have to travel to far-off cities for treatment. These new health centres will provide maternal and child healthcare services, vaccination facilities, treatment for common diseases, primary tests and essential medicines.

Ms. Arti Singh Rao said that the Haryana Government is continuously developing new hospitals, health centres and medical facilities to strengthen the health infrastructure. The government is giving priority to expanding healthcare services in rural areas so that people can get better medical facilities.

She expressed confidence that the opening of these new health centres will further strengthen healthcare services in the rural areas of Nuh and Mahendragarh districts and provide relief to the people.
