Chandigarh, December 5
World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the Novel Corona virus, COVID-19 as Pandemic. Till now it has affected 216 countries/areas/territories, infected 6,46,03,428 people and caused 15,00,614 deaths. Most severely affected countries are the USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, UK Turkey, Iran, China etc. Till date in India, it has infected 96,08,211 people including 1,39,700 deaths.
In order to contain the spread of the virus, Haryana Government has strengthened the surveillance and control measures against the disease.
