Adv. Neha Mahajan Slams Congress Over AI Summit Disruption
Jammu, 23 February 2026:
The BJP Mahila Morcha, Jammu & Kashmir, today staged a strong protest outside the Press Club of Jammu, condemning the objectionable and irresponsible conduct of the Indian National Congress during the recent AI Summit held at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi.
The protest was led by Adv. Neha Mahajan, State President, BJP Mahila Morcha J&K. A large number of Mahila Morcha leaders, District Presidents, and team members participated enthusiastically and raised strong slogans against the Congress party for its negative and disruptive approach on such a prestigious international platform.
During the protest, the atmosphere echoed with slogans such as “Desh ka samman, sabse upar!”, “AI Summit par rajneeti bandh karo!”, “Mahila Shakti ka ek hi sandesh – Rashtrahit sabse pehle!” and “Vikas ke raaste mein badha bardasht nahi!” These slogans reflected the strong sentiments of Mahila Morcha workers against attempts to politicize a global event meant to highlight India’s technological strength.
In a symbolic expression of protest, Mahila Morcha workers also burnt an effigy of Rahul Gandhi, condemning his alleged role in disrupting and politicizing the prestigious AI Summit. The act was carried out peacefully to register strong resentment against what the Morcha termed as anti-development and anti-national politics.
Addressing the media, Adv. Neha Mahajan strongly criticized Congress for politicizing an important global AI Summit that was organized to showcase India’s technological progress and innovation leadership. She stated that such behavior reflects frustration and disregard for national interest.
She further emphasized that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is rapidly emerging as a global leader in technology and digital transformation, and no attempt by opposition parties can derail the country’s progress or weaken its global image.
The entire BJP Mahila Morcha team, along with all District Presidents and their respective teams, participated wholeheartedly in the protest, expressing solidarity and reaffirming their commitment to safeguarding national pride, women’s leadership, and democratic values.
The protest concluded with a strong message that BJP Mahila Morcha J&K will continue to stand firmly against misinformation, anti-development politics, and any attempt to tarnish India’s international reputation.
