Army Recruiting Office, Amritsar in coordination with District Administration, Amritsar has conducted an awareness lecture cum demonstration on various recruitment opportunities through AGNIPATH Scheme. Students of various Govt ITI Colleges and CPYTE, Ranike of Amritsar District were briefed and encouraged about Recruitment opportunities in Indian Army. The online registration window has started from 13 Feb 2024 and will continue till 22 Mar 2024. Desirous candidates may timely register themselves on official website of Indian Army www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
It was informed to all aspirants that the recruitment procedure will start with an online written examination in a multiple choice questionnaire format at different Examination Centres across the country. Thereafter, shortlisted candidates will be called for Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Documentation and Detailed Medical Examination.
The application is invited from AGNIVEER (General Duty, AGNIVEER Technical, AGNIVEER Clerk/ Storekeeper Technical, AGNIVEER Tradesmen (8th & 10th Pass) & AGNIVEER General Duty (Women Military Police) categories. Candidates were also briefed about latest changes from current year that typing test for Agniveer Clerk and Store Keeper Technical will be introduced alongwith Online CEE. Candidates are advised to carry out necessary practice prior to commencement of test. Applications are also invited from eligible male candidates for Soldier Technical (Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistant Veterinary) and Sepoy Pharma categories.
