Make a routine in the morning of gargling with saltwater.<\/li>\n<li>For Fever- During fever try to drink cool beverages or eat homemade ice popsicles which helps to hydrate the body and fevers get cured.<\/li>\n<li>For breathing problems- A cup of caffeine or black or green tea helps in opening of airways in lungs. They give instant relief to a person&#8217;s breathing problems.<\/li>\n<li>Other problems \u2013 For chest pain drink ginger tea at least twice a day.
