With the administration of 61,27,277\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India\u2019s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has surpassed 100 Cr mark to reach 100.59 Cr (1,00,59,04,580)<\/strong> as per provisional reports till 7 am today.\u00a0 This has been achieved through 99,59,884 sessions.<\/p>\n

The recovery of\u00a018,641 <\/strong>patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally of recovered patients (since the beginning of the pandemic) to 3,35,14,449.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consequently, India\u2019s recovery rate stands at 98.16%<\/strong>. Recovery Rate is currently at its highest peak since March 2020.<\/p>\n

Sustained and collaborative efforts by the Centre and the States\/UTs continue the trend of less than 50,000 Daily New Cases that is being reported for 117 consecutive days now.<\/p>\n

15,786 new cases<\/strong> were reported in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Active Caseload remains below 2 lakh mark and is presently at\u00a01,75,745 which is lowest in 232 days.\u00a0<\/strong>Active cases presently constitute 0.51%<\/strong> of the country’s total Positive Cases, which is l<\/strong>owest since March 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The testing capacity across the country continues to be expanded. The last 24 hours saw a total of<\/p>\n

13,24,263tests being conducted. India has so far conducted over\u00a059.70 Cr (59,70,66,481<\/strong>) cumulative tests.<\/p>\n

While testing capacity has been enhanced across the country, Weekly Positivity Rate at 1.31% remains less than 3% for the last 119 days now. <\/strong>The Daily Positivity rate reported to be1.19%. <\/strong>The daily Positivity rate has remained below3% for last 53 days and below 5% for 136 consecutive days now.<\/p>\n
