Venkaiah Naidu has greeted the people on the eve of Deepawali.<\/p>\n<p>Following is the full text of his message-<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI extend my warm greetings and good wishes to the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali, the festival of lights.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrated with traditional fervor and zeal, Deepawali is associated with Shri Rama\u2019s return to Ayodhya with Maa Sita and Laxmana after the exile of fourteen years. Signifying the victory of good over evil, the festival reaffirms our belief in the noble ideals of Shri Rama\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p>Shri Rama is the embodiment of truth, <em>Dharma<\/em>, courage and compassion in our culture.
