C. Sobti, former Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University hosted a panel discussion on Preventive Health under the Aegis of Indian Science Congress Association (Chandigarh Chapter) and Chandigarh, forum for Science and Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Panelists were eminent dignitaries in field of health care.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. M.L. Bhatt enlightened in a simple way the Art of living by staying close to nature, to have locally grown food, having food at right time and to regularly exercise to remain active throughout the life.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Ramesh Bijlani explained about life style diseases and their prevention through yoga and Ayurveda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. PVM Lakshmi emphasized on screening and elimination of risk factors to enrich healthy living.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. P. K. Seth and V.P.
