With the administration of 42,04,171<\/strong>vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India\u2019s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded\u00a0122.41 Cr (1,22,41,68,929)<\/strong> as per provisional reports till 7 am today.\u00a0 This has been achieved through 1,26,81,072sessions.<\/p>\n

The recovery of\u00a09,905<\/strong>patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally of recovered patients (since the beginning of the pandemic) to 3,40,08,183.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consequently, India\u2019s recovery rate stands at 98.34%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sustained and collaborative efforts by the Centre and the States\/UTs continue the trend of less than 50,000 Daily New Cases that is being reported for 155 consecutive days now.<\/p>\n

8,309 new cases<\/strong> were reported in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

The Active Caseload presentlystands at\u00a01,03,859.<\/strong>Active cases presently constitute 0.30%<\/strong> of the country’s total Positive Cases, which is <\/strong>l<\/strong>owest since March 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The testing capacity across the country continues to be expanded. The last 24 hours saw a total of<\/p>\n

7,62,268tests being conducted. India has so far conducted over\u00a064.02 Cr (64,02,91,325<\/strong>) cumulative tests.<\/p>\n

While testing capacity has been enhanced across the country, Weekly Positivity Rate at 0.85% remains less than 1% for the last 15 days now. <\/strong>The Daily Positivity rate reported to be1.09%. <\/strong>The daily Positivity rate has remained below2% for last 56 days and below 3% for 91 consecutive days now.<\/p>\n
