The district health department has once again appealed to the Food Business Operators (FBO) of the district that issuance \/modification of Food safety license\/ registration is completely an online process. No physical submission of any documents is needed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Registration certificate or license can be obtained by applying online at <\/span>www.foscos.fssai.gov.in<\/a>\u00a0for which government fee is charged. District Health officer Dr Subhash Kumar said, \u201cI have been noticing for a few days that many FBOs are still visiting our office for issuance of license\/ registration which is never recommended and supported. FBOs try to meet office staff for early issuance of licenses etc, which dissolves the purpose of giving hassle and corruption free service to the citizens.\u201d He said that nobody is required to approach anyone for licensing related services.<\/span><\/div>\n

Dr Subhash appealed to all FBOs to go through your FOSCOS account for any kind of information related to your license\/ Registration. If any objection is raised related to any License\/ registration it is shown in FOSCOS account, so kindly log on to your account on a daily basis and remove the objection and upload required documents. He said that this is completely online practice by FSSAI to reduce paper work, curb corruption and to pace up the processing as every license if there is no objection needs to be issued in 30 days.He said that for any information regarding this, he may be contacted on my Mobile No. 98766 43047.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
