In order to take first hand appraisal of issues and grievances of public for redressal, the District Administration Kulgam today organized Mega Block Diwas in three blocks of the district.<\/div>\n

During the programme, several functions were held at Devsar, Kulgam and D. H. Pora blocks of the district.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, Officers and officials from line departments listened to issues, grievances and demands of the public for timely redressal at all the three venues.<\/div>\n

Meanwhile, to take first hand appraisal of public grievances and demands, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat presided over a grievance redressal camp here at Kulgam and listened\u00a0 to grievances and issues of people for redressal.<\/div>\n

People from Qaimoo, Behibagh, Frisal, Pombay, Kulgam, and other adjoining areas apprised the Deputy Commissioner about various issues and put forth their demands.<\/div>\n

A delegation from Humpathry demanded augmentation of PHE staff to ensure smooth water supply in the area.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
A delegation from Waripora demanded immediate construction of approach road of food bridge.<\/div>\n
A delegation from Jogi Marg Nandimarg demanded for augmentation of staff at school.<\/div>\n
People from various other areas also flagged their issue of their areas.<\/div>\n

The DC after giving patient hearing to the public, addressed some of the grievances on spot.<\/div>\n
Meanwhile ADDC, Riyaz Ahmad Sofi and SDM, Noorabad also remained present at block Devsar and D.H.Pora, where they listened to issues and grievances for redressal.<\/div>\n
