The students learned about grapes cultivation and apricots.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">They found it interesting to see that because of the steep topography of the land, the people of Garkhon are making a great of the little amount of land they have.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The team left for Mulbek and stopped at Chiktan to see the vegetation of the region. They saw the strategies used by plants to make pollination more efficient, especially when the pollinator is an insect.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The night stay was at Springdale\u2019s Public School, Mulbek where the students interacted with the principal of the school Tsewang Norbu. They learned about passive solar technology while building homes and thus reducing the carbon footprint.
