Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Kargil, Raza Ali Abidi said the program was aimed to motivate people and create awareness about the demerits of single-use plastic.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">On the occasion, Incharge Principal Govt.
