Dr. Roshan Lal, Chairperson of the Department of Psychology, Panjab University, Chandigarh\u00a0welcomed the speaker and delegates to have this workshop and said that all human being shave dream and many times dream can play very significant role in our life. The students\u2019 life is full of dreams related to vibrant areas of their futuristic approach toward life. So, such workshop will help them to apply in the daily life.<\/p>\n

Dr. Lalit K. Singh from Department of Psychiatry, PGIMER, Chandigarh has delivered the expert talk b through workshop. He focused that dreams in life are determinant of normal lives and many times dreams help to resolve inter and intra-conflict. So dream analysis is a skill and every psychology students must be well equipped in it which helps them in psychological intervention. All we can heal our traumas, fears and fixation etc through anysing the dreams.<\/p>\n

Every normal human being, some of animals have dreams but the contemporary generation of youth being more rationale having more dreams because it always happens according to the development of brain maturity and rationality.<\/p>\n

Live demos were presented in which the students also participated and interacted with their different ideas as all they agreed that all we have dreams. Finally students asked for more such program and certainly the department will, organize a series of such program in future also.<\/p>\n
