dir=\"ltr\">Deputy Commissioner\/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve today chaired a review meeting of CAPITAL Budget 2022-23, CAPEX Budget LAHDC, CAPEX Budget State\/UT, SDP, Subsidy schemes of LAHDC, UT Budget, languishing projects, and all Centrally Sponsored Schemes(CSS) in his office chamber.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The meeting was attended by General Manager DIC, Assistant Director Handicraft, District Superintendent Handloom, Superintendent ITI and Principal Polytechnic College.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The meeting discussed works of the Industries and Libraries Department, Handicraft Department, Handloom, ITI and Polytechnic College.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">A detailed discussion was held on the ongoing works under various schemes and the physical and financial progress achieved on ongoing developmental works being executive under district CAPEX Budget 2022-23.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">While reviewing the functioning of various departments, DC Santosh directed the concerned departments that the outlay of CAPEX budget and its expenditure should be 100 percent.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The DC also monitored the progress report of Industrial Estate Development under Changthang Scheme and directed the concerned
