Kargil, Dec 15, 2022:<\/strong> Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil, Ghulam Mohi-Ud-Din Wani today chaired a meeting of officers to review the preparations ahead of ‘Good Governance Week\u2019 celebrations from December 19 -25, under \u2018Sushasan Saptah-Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur’ (SSPGA) 2022.<\/div>\n

Program Officer ICDS\/Joint Director Information Ladakh, Superintending Engineer PHE\/I&FC, GM DIC Kargil, CMO Kargil, DPO \/AD Information Kargil, AD Handicrafts Kargil, Executive Engineer PHE Division Kargil, Executive Officer MC Kargil, Naib Tehsildar Kargil and other officials attended the meeting.<\/div>\n

The ADC took a detailed review from all the concerned officers regarding the preparations of the ‘Good Governance Week\u2019 celebrations and instructed them for successful observance of the week.<\/div>\n

ADC Wani instructed the officers of concerned departments to submit success stories in video format with brief write ups and pictures. He said the departments can also submit stories of best practices that will replicate the success achieved by the department.<\/div>\n

During the meeting, the ADC directed Naib Tehsildar Kargil to submit a plan that will portray LRC issuance and mutation process at different locations in the district.<\/div>\n

It was informed in the meeting that a skit on \u201cGood Governance Practices\u201d will be played and videos of success stories will be uploaded through NIC after selection.<\/div>\n

During the meeting, the ADC directed the officers to organize functions at the block level and instructed the concerned officers for redressal of all pending grievances in CP-Gram during the implementation stage scheduled from December 19-24. He also directed the district officers to dispose of all physical pending grievances during the period.<\/div>\n

The ADC also directed to upload the major initiatives taken by the administration on the portal. He also instructed to upload major grievances resolved by the administration.<\/div>\n

The ADC also instructed the concerned officers to design the banners with logos of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and G-20 Summit.<\/div>\n
