Participants collected earth and rice grains from their respective areas in kalash and brought them to the Municipal Corporation, where the kalash containers were opened in a solemn ceremony. The collected earth was mixed ceremonially. All (ULBs) of S.A.S. Nagar came together to participate in the Amrit Kalash Yatra. This event brought communities together to collect sacred earth and rice grains, symbolizing the unity of the region and a commitment to environmental stewardship.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" dir=\"auto\">Following this sacred ritual, the mixed earth was carefully placed in metal vessels &#8220;gaggars,&#8221;. These vessels were then sealed, symbolizing the commitment to preserving the environment and nurturing our shared future.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" dir=\"auto\">Sh. Manpreet Singh, Assisstant Commissioner, MC S.A.S. Nagar Mohali, expressed his gratitude, saying, &#8220;This event embodies the spirit of unity, tradition, and sustainable living.
