Harpal Singh, District &amp; Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, a Legal Awareness Programme was organized by District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar, in the bar room of Bar Association, Dera Bassi.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" dir=\"auto\">\nSh. Baljinder Singh Maan, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar addressed the gathering that in cases under Commercial Courts Act, in which no urgent interim relief is sought, pre-institution mediation is mandatory as per Section 12-A of the Act. In case the parties do not arrive at a settlement in pre-institution mediation, then a regular suit in Commercial Court can be filed.
