The session was focused on heightened serenity and clarity of mind. The organisers Dr. Deepak Sharma and Dr. Jyoti Kedia extended a heartiest welcome to Dr. Vikram Aditya (Senior Vipassana Teacher) along with Dr. Krishan Lal Sharma Ji (Senior Vipassana Teacher).<\/p>\n<p>The session started out with a presentation briefing about the role and importance of Vipassana in day to day life. Vipassana, an ancient Indian tradition, was re-discovered by Gautama Buddha (2600 years ago), is an art of seeing things as they really are. It&#8217;s a way of self-transformation with self-observation.<\/p>\n<p>Later on, A video footage of Principal Teacher Rev. S.N. Goenka Ji was shown. This AV offered an immersive experience into self awareness. A practice Session of Anapana Meditation was also organised, which was followed by a question answer round.<\/p>\n<p>People from the Tricity Vipassana Community also graced the session with their esteemed presence.
