He also said in specialisation only a surgeon is filled. Due to lack of specialised doctors most of the patients are referred to DH Kargil.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">He also said owing to increase in number of stray dogs, 20 dog bite cases are registered in one month. Later, the representative of Animal Husbandry Department said that a team will visit the Sub Division to sterilize stray dogs.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Other officers also enlighten about their schemes and their progress during the current year.
