The Chandigarh Vigilance Cell is commemorating Vigilance Awareness Week with a week-long program from October 30, 2023, to November 5, 2023, in strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by the Central Vigilance Commission. This initiative is carried out under the directions of W\/CVO Chandigarh and Secretary Vigilance Chandigarh, with the overarching theme of “Say no to Corruption Commit to the Nation” (\u201c\u092d\u094d\u0930\u0937\u094d\u091f\u093e\u091a\u093e\u0930 \u0915\u093e \u0935\u093f\u0930\u094b\u0927 \u0915\u0930\u0947, \u0930\u093e\u0937\u094d\u091f\u094d\u0930 \u0915\u0947 \u092a\u094d\u0930\u0924\u093f \u0938\u092e\u0930\u094d\u092a\u093f\u0924 \u0930\u0939\u0947\u201d). On 5th and 6th day the celebration that is on 3rd and 4th November of the week The program included a series of awareness workshops conducted at key locations, including GMSSS Sector-15, Chandigarh, Police Lines Sector-26, Chandigarh Govt. College of Commerce Sector-50, Chandigarh and Village-Kishangarh, Chandigarh,. These workshops saw active participation of around 200 persons who also took the integrity pledge as a demonstration of their commitment to combat corruption.<\/div>\n

\u00a0The participants were also made aware of the vigilance helpline number 8360817378, which they can use to report any concerns or grievances. Furthermore, they were provided with valuable insights on how to lodge complaints through the Public Interest Disclosure & Protection of Informers Resolution, 2004 (PIDPI). Pamphlets containing this information, along with the vigilance helpline number and email IDs, were distributed among employees from various departments.<\/div>\n
