We live in a society where people has several notions about every little thing. There are things some people adore while others hate it. This is because we are individuals with different opinions. However, there are some general conceptions which the whole world follows. For example, things people are ashamed of. It generalise across communities. We are told about things we should be ashamed of. However, we do not need to be ashamed of several things, as listed below, because not only you but other people do this stuff too-<\/p>\n

1.A Messy House- People are often told to keep their house clean to make it look welcoming for the guests. People often stop inviting people over because they don\u2019t like keeping their house clean. It is not mandatory to keep your house clean because several people live like that and that is okay. Some people enjoy cleaning while for others, it is like torture.<\/p>\n

2.Expressing Sadness In Public- Men are often told to act strong and not cry in public. This makes them hold back on their tears due to which they die a little inside. It is okay for both men and women to express their emotions openly. Crying helps you vent. So there is nothing wrong in it, be a girl or a guy.<\/p>\n

3.Visiting A Therapist- You would often see people secretly seeking therapy for mental health. This is because our society mock the ones who seek therapy as it is believed these people are mentally unstable. This is not true. One can see a therapist even without any mental issues. Do not feel ashamed about it and visit your therapist openly.<\/p>\n

4.Wearing Old Fashioned Stuff- We can often see girls mocking someone who is wearing stuff out of trend. However, this is not at all shameful. One is free to wear anything they like. People gossip about everything, thus, be yourself and wear what you like.<\/p>\n
