The 10th International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Sani Lake in Zanskar today.<\/div>\n

The event witnessed participation from all Heads of Departments and their officials, showcasing their commitment to promoting physical and mental well-being through yoga.<\/div>\n

The celebration commenced at 7 a.m. and was led by Mustafa, Director of Physical Education at Government Degree College Zanskar, alongside Yontan, NCC Associate Officer. Their leadership and guidance were instrumental in conducting a successful yoga session that invigorated and inspired all attendees.Tehsildar Zanskar, Mohd Hassan, was a notable participant in the event.<\/div>\n

Following the yoga session, Mohd Hassan delivered an insightful lecture on the importance of yoga in daily life. He emphasized the benefits of yoga in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle and its role in enhancing mental clarity and emotional stability.<\/div>\n

In his closing remarks, Tehsildar Zanskar expressed gratitude to all officers and officials for their zealous participation.
