Punchok Tashi, Executive Councilor for RDD, Forest, and Information, LAHDC, Kargil, as the chief guest.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Students from various categories showcased the skills they learned during the 15-day training program. An exhibition ice hockey match was also played ending in a 1-1 draw between the blue and green teams.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">While addressing the gathering, the EC congratulated the participants and Executive Members of ZWSF for their efforts to promote the winter sports in the region.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">He assured the society of full logistical support from LAHDC Kargil and the administration. The EC also announced Rs 3 lakhs for purchasing equipment for the ZWSF.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Incharge SDM Zanskar, Mohd Hassan, Officiating Officer Commanding 13 BRTF, Army Camp Padum, SHO, BDO and Zonal Physical Education Officer Zanskar also attended the concluding function.
