He added that the administration is constantly in touch with IAF to complete these works as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Jorwal mentioned the construction of internal roads, public health services, campus lighting, terminal building, power substation, toilet block, and parking, are already over.<br \/>\nThe Deputy Commissioner also spoke about flight operations and stated that Air India has already agreed to commence flights to the Halwara airport once it is officially commissioned and receive all necessary regulatory approvals.
