Atul Kasana, District &amp; Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar in coordination with Sri Sukhmani College of Law, Dera Bassi organised a Legal Awareness Programme on The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Surabhi Prashar apprised the faculty members, students and staff members regarding various provisions of The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act and discussed about the guidelines given by the Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court in the case of Vishakha and others v. State of Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p>She further discussed the significant ruling of the Hon\u2019ble Supreme<br \/>\nCourt of India in the case of Aureliano Fernandes v.
