Any violation of these directives will attract strict legal action under the Emigration Act, 1983.<\/p>\n<p>She also urged citizens seeking overseas employment to verify the credentials of recruiting agents at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emigrate.gov.in\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.emigrate.gov.in&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1751627895922000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3jAaNInpFO3hj31IOoeEkb\">www.emigrate.gov.in<\/a>, and remain cautious of unauthorized firms falsely claiming to provide work-related services abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Reiterating the seriousness of the matter, she warned that misleading publicity by PTPR-registered firms would result in legal consequences and called for complete compliance with the instructions
