Haryana: Daily Bulletin of Covid 19<\/h2>\n

World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the Novel Corona virus, COVID-19 as Pandemic. Till now it has\u00a0 affected <\/span>216 <\/span>countries\/areas\/territories, infected <\/span>6,75,30,912 <\/span>people and caused <\/span>15,45,140 <\/span>deaths. Most severely affected countries are USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, UK Turkey, Iran, China etc. Till date in India, it has infected <\/span>97,35,850 <\/span>people including <\/span>1,41,360 <\/span>deaths.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to contain the spread of the virus, Haryana Government has strengthened the surveillance and control\u00a0 measures against the disease.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Major Activities undertaken by the State of Haryana to control the spread of COVID-19<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  • To prevent the spread of infections specially COVID-19 and waterborne disease during the protest of\u00a0 farmers in Sonipat on 09.12.2020, 10 Ambulance along with team of Doctors including Ayush Doctors\u00a0 were deployed. Health team distributed more than 1311 Masks, 1857 Medicines for common use and\u00a0 321 Ayush immunity boosting dosages were distributed. Thermal scanning of 1074 persons was also done to scan people with fever and if anybody found febrile, medicines were distributed to them. One\u00a0 patient Mr. Sultan Singh S\/o Sohan Singh, R\/o Hoshiarpur referred to PGIMS, Rohtak due to Drug\u00a0 overdose on 08.12.2020 at 08:15 PM and another patient Mr. Jarnail Singh S\/o Sh. Vadh Singh R\/o\u00a0 Barnala, Punjab accidently fall from trolley on 09.12.2020 was referred to General Hospital, Sonipat\u00a0 and then shifted Punjab.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
  • In Jhajjar, treatment was given by Mobile Health team under supervision of Civil Surgeon Jhajjar\u00a0 in Bahadurgarh to 863 farmers (117 farmers at Chhara point, 287 farmers at Sectr9\/9A, 69 farmers\u00a0 at Tikri Border and 390 at Nayagaon).<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Department of Health fixed the per day upper cap of COVID treatment charges in all private\u00a0 hospitals through order dated 25.06.2020. The rates for isolation beds (Rs. 8, 000 per day for Non NABH Hospitals, Rs. 10, 000 per day for JCI\/ NABH Hospitals), ICU Beds without Ventilators (Rs.\u00a0 13, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 15, 000 per day for JCI\/ NABH Hospitals), ICU Beds\u00a0 with Ventilators (Rs. 15, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 18, 000 per day for JCI\/ NABH\u00a0 Hospitals).\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
  • State Government has fixed the Rates\/ Charges for different type of COVID 19 testing as below:- CBNAAT testing- 2400\/-, <\/b>True NAT Testing- 1250\/-, <\/b>RTPCR Testing- 900\/- , <\/b>Rapid Antigen Testing-500\/-, <\/b>IgG based ELISA Testing-250\/- <\/b><\/li>\n
  • Plasma bank established at Faridabad, Gurugram, Panchkula, Rohtak and Karnal. <\/b>\u2219 Total 4527 number of Plasma Units collected from COVID 19 recovered patients till date and 3047 COVID 19 Patients given Plasma Therapy treatment till date. <\/b><\/li>\n
  • Intensive samplings of COVID through Rapid Antigen Testing Kits are being done in all districts of\u00a0 Haryana. <\/b><\/li>\n
  • In the month of October, Government of Haryana has carried out a 2nd round of Sero Survey and\u00a0 overall 14.8% Sero-Positivity of SARSCoV-2 observed in the State of Haryana, which was 8% in first\u00a0 round in August.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Control Room \u2013cum- Helpline of 30 lines has been made operational at Panchkula. Services of tele medicines are being provided through helpline. The helpline nos. are 8558893911, 1075 and 108\u00a0 (Ambulance Services) available for 24 X 7. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • The State Government notified \u2018The Haryana Government Epidemic, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020\u2019 under\u00a0 the Epidemic Disease Act 1897 on 11th March 2020.<\/li>\n

  • More than 74.30 lac persons have already downloaded Aarogya Setu App in Haryana. \u2219 More than 100 Mobile Health Teams have already been formed to check health status regarding SARI, ILI\u00a0 etc.<\/li>\n
  • Containment orders have been issued by concerned District Magistrate\/ Deputy Commissioner. No. of\u00a0 active containment zones in districts namely Ambala (90), Bhiwani (08), Charkhi Dadri (19), Faridabad\u00a0 (195), Fatehabad (56), Gurugram (100), Hisar (531), Jhajjar (492), Jind (16), Kaithal (43), Karnal (62),\u00a0 Kurukshetra (389), Mahendragarh (02), Palwal (542), Panchkula (243), Panipat (107), Rewari (328),\u00a0 Rohtak (160), Sirsa (36), Sonepat (94) and Yamuna Nagar (70).<\/li>\n
  • All Commissioners of Municipal Corporations, all Executive Officers of Municipal Councils and Secretary\u00a0 of Municipal Committees are authorized to dispose of the dead bodies of COVID and detailed SOP issued\u00a0 regarding dead body management.<\/li>\n
  • Haryana has 46, 403 bedded quarantine facilities in Dedicated COVID Care Centers and 13,303 Beds are\u00a0 available in Dedicated COVID Hospitals and in Dedicated COVID Health Centers.<\/li>\n
  • 956 regular doctors by Health Department and 206 Ayush Medical Officers by Ayush Department\u00a0 recruited across Haryana state to tackle the crisis of COVID effectively. <\/b><\/li>\n
  • Department of Ayush has distributed immunity boosting medicines to more than 12.06 lac persons in\u00a0 containment zones.<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Fixed OPD Services have been started in all the health institutions including District Hospitals. In District\u00a0 Hospitals, Casualty Services, Medicine OPD and MCH Services are already going on. \u2219 A total no. of 102 FIRs have been registered against 127 accused persons and 55 arrests have been for\u00a0 spreading fake news\/rumors on WhatsApp and social media and a total no. of 21 FIRs have been registered\u00a0 against 92 known accused persons\/ various unknown persons and 28 arrests have been for attacking on\u00a0 religious minorities.<\/li>\n
  • Drive against Boot-leggers: – A total no. of 3395 cases under Excise Act have been registered and 3483\u00a0 persons have been arrested. Recovery of 224424.25 btls English, 21817 btls & 4036 Canes Beer, 157639.4\u00a0 Btls. &226.75 Ltrs Desi, 226 Btl & 11 ltr & 16 pouch Raw Wine, 73 Working still, 96917.75 btls & 13.5\u00a0 Ltr Licit, 10901.75 btls and 657.35 ltrs Illicit, 27042 KG and 44225 ltr. Lahan has been made.<\/li>\n
  • Total 12931 no. of violations of lockdown\/Curfew have taken place. 8163 no. of FIRs have been registered\u00a0 against such violators, 12188 people have been arrested, 21129 vehicles have been seized and a fine of Rs.\u00a0 51.72 Cr. has been imposed upon them under the M.V.
