The insurance scheme provides a life insurance cover of Rs. 50 lakhs in case of death due to Covid19. An incentive of Rs. 1000\/-per month is provisioned for ASHAs engaged in Covid19 response, under the India Covid19 package. As per reports received from States\/UTs till November, 2020, 9,53,445 ASHAs and 36,716 ASHA Facilitators have received supplementary Covid19 payment. No such delay has been reported.<\/p>\n<p>ASHAs are envisaged to be community health volunteers and are entitled to task\/activity based incentives including for coverage under:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Beema Yojana (premium of Rs. 330 contributed by GOI)<\/li>\n<li>Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojana (premium of Rs. 12 contributed by GOI)<\/li>\n<li>Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan Dhan (50% contribution of premium by GOI and 50% by beneficiaries)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Minister of State (Health and Family Welfare), Sh.
