She sensitized<br \/>\nthe audience that process of discovering the de-stress pill begins from recognising<br \/>\nthe stressors.\u00a0 She discussed the role of time management, problem solving skills,<br \/>\npositive self-talk, and cognitive re-structuring in the management of stress and<br \/>\nemphasised to practise these general tool and techniques on daily basis to delay the<br \/>\nprocess of stress.
